ALC Mourns the Loss of Dr. Lowell D. “Little Doc” Martin
Alice Lloyd College is saddened to announce the passing of Dr. Lowell Dean Martin, known affectionately as “Little Doc.” Dr. Martin passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 90 in Atlanta, GA. He fulfilled a lifetime of service according to The Purpose Road Philosophy, as he selflessly served East Kentucky for 47 years in the medical profession.
