The ALC Men’s Golf Team played a friendly match with Welch College on Nov. 16 at the Bear Trace Golf Course in Crossville, TN.

Veterans Day: More Than a Holiday
The majority of us go through each day consumed by a never-ending list of things we need to accomplish. We hardly ever stop and think about what significance each day has, unless we get something out of it. Here at Alice Lloyd College we emphasize servant leadership and we are taught to apply it in our lives and some people on campus have done just that, by sacrificing their lives for ours. There are several people on campus who have served for America and the freedom we, as a nation stand for.
ALC Lady Eagles Down Kentucky Christian in Season Opener
The Alice Lloyd Lady Eagles opened the 2015-16 basketball season by hosting the Kentucky Christian University Lady Knights on Tuesday, November 3rd. In the end, the hosts prevailed by the score of 61-43.
Alice Lloyd Eagles Open 2015-16 Season with Home Victory

The Alice Lloyd Eagles started the season off right with an 87-75 win against the Knights of Kentucky Christian University on Tuesday, November 3rd.
Jacob Sifers: “I’m Very Grateful to Be at ALC”
Members of the ALC Marketing Team recently had the opportunity to sit down with sophomore Jacob Sifers. Jacob reigns from Pike County, Kentucky, and has been very successful during his time at Alice Lloyd College. He has earned enough credit hours to place him as a sophomore and has received a position of leadership among the students.
ALC Dedicates Bettinger Center for Servant Leadership
On Saturday, October 10th, Alice Lloyd College held its Annual Appalachia Day Homecoming. The day was full of festivities, sports events, music, and delicious food. Throughout the day many great memories were made as people enjoyed celebrating ALC’s history and reminisced on their time spent at the college. The past and the future merged even more so this year as Alice Lloyd College marked the completion of its newest building. The college held the dedication of the Donald J. and Coralen B. Bettinger Center for Servant Leadership during this year’s Appalachia Day.

Alice Lloyd College Ranked #1 By U.S. News Again
U.S. News and World Report rankings were released today and Alice Lloyd College has again captured number one rankings in multiple categories. The college is ranked number one for student selectivity and for graduating students with the least amount of debt among regional colleges and universities. Also among regional colleges and universities, Alice Lloyd College placed second overall for alumni giving and second amid southern regional colleges on the list of “Great School, Great Price”.
